- Payment by Order Sales:
Les Petits Celliers offer the ability to make a purchase via the Website. We do not save any data credit card in our database.

Les Petits Celliers retains ownership of the goods until full payment thereof in accordance with the terms of Law No. 80-336 of 1 May 1980 on the retention of title.
No reservations will be taken.

- Delivery and withdrawals purchases
A- Delivery / Shipping:
Les Petits Celliers are committed to ensuring the delivery of your products in the best conditions and with TNT and ChronoViti. The bottles are packed in suitable packaging and Ad Valorem insured against the risks of shipping. Rates are available in the “about us” section.

For deliveries abroad, deadlines vary depending on the destination.

B- Problems with transport:
In case of problems in receiving your package (sounds of broken glass or apparent sag on the carton), you will absolutely refuse the package. You will have no paper to sign for your refusal.
You will also need to contact us to start the compensation process.

Unless otherwise specified, the responsibility of Les Petits Celliers or the carrier can not be engaged.

C-personal delivery:
The nature of some bottle would prevent shipment. This feature is specified on each bottle in question. In this case, a hand delivery can be organized by contacting our service.
You can also remove products by a transport company of your choice, always contact our after sales service.
